Symptom narrative

Teammate stated has had pain to left shoulder since receiving flu shot. Teammate stated she is having a hard time raising her left arm over her head and her left shoulder bothers her when she sleeps. Teammate stated has not been seen yet for treatment and will be seen at Occupational Health. Occupational Health info given to teammate. Teammate stated she is unsure if her shoulder pain is related to injection site of flu shot.
