Symptom narrative

Mom stated that pt's left arm got red and tender after receiving MCV4 and HPV vaccines (in same arm) on 11/20/2025. The redness was below the vaccination sites. Pt also had tactile fever on 11/21/25 only. Mom reports that the redness took few days to improve. Pain over injection site resolved after 1-2 day. Pt was still able to move his arm around. Mom showed me a picture on her phone that showed mild erythema below the vaccination site and bruising over the vaccination sites. My medical assistance told me that patient was very tensed/nervous during vaccine administration.
