Symptom narrative

Day of vaccination child started out with rash on his side. Rash was red raised area and slightly itchy. Over the next week mom treated with benadryl and baths. The rash would go away and then reappear on another site on his body. On 11/17/25 child started seizing and had a 3 hour seizure. He was hospitalized and on a ventilator for 4.5 days. He underwent a spinal tap, MRI of the brain and EEG. All result thus far have been nonconclusive. MRI showed some swelling on his brain. No cause for seizure has been identified.
