Symptom narrative

After vaccine was administered, approximately 2 minutes post vaccine, near syncopal episode. Patient was not responding to directions until sternal rub was applied. Airway patent. Patient was lying down prior to vaccination due to previous episodes of dizziness and syncope during vaccinations.
