Expired vaccine given at 10:50 AM in the Left Thigh. Provider, management, and vaccine coordinator informed of incident. Called manufacturer and got ok for vaccine to be given again today. Mom of patient was called and informed of the incident and will come back on 12/3/2025 to get non expired vaccine.
