Symptom narrative

Patient had a rash all over different parts of her body around the time she got the flu shot. She said that she took doxycycline on 11/5/25 and that seemed to make it worse. She started prednisone 11/10/25 and that seemed to help. She went to her provider and they said it could have been related to the flu shot or could have been shingles or another skin condition.
