Symptom narrative

no additional AE; improperly stored VAXNEUVANCE was administered to a patient; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent condition, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 02-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored dose of Pneumococcal 15-valent Conjugate Vaccine (VAXNEUVANCE) Suspension for injection (lot #Z006429, expiration date: 02-Oct-2027) 0.5 mL, for prophylaxis. The vaccine underwent a temperature excursion of 48.45 Fahrenheit. There was no previous temperature excursion. No additional adverse event was reported.
