No PQC.; This spontaneous report was received from a physician concerning a 4-week-old male patient. The patient's pertinent medical history, past drug reactions or allergies, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not provided. On 24-NOV-2025, the patient was vaccinated with inadvertently received Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), (lot #2095065, expiration date: 02-MAR-2026) (route and anatomical location were not reported) due to human error (Single Dose) as prophylaxis. No adverse effects reported.
