No additional AE; inadvertent administrations of VAQTA, MMR-II, GARDASIL 9, and ROTATEQ that have been exposed to temperature excursions; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a patient of 1-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 04-Sep-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) (lot #Z005719, expiration date: 07-Mar-2027) (dose and route was not reported) with reconsistute of sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) (lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis after temperature excursions at 32.6F for 5 minutes and 53.2 F for 8 hours and 27 minutes (Product storage error). There was no previous temperature excursions. No adverse event was reported. Not viable due to temperature too high was reported. This is one of the several reports from the same reporter.
