Aches; Joint pain; Mild fever; Chills; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of PAIN (Aches), ARTHRALGIA (Joint pain), PYREXIA (Mild fever) and CHILLS (Chills) in a patient of an unknown age and gender who received mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The suspect product included Pre-filled Syringe injection for COVID-19 prophylaxis and non-company product included RSV vaccine prot. subunit PreF3 (Arexvy) for an unknown indication. The patient's past medical history included Respiratory syncytial virus infection (Had RSV 2 years ago) in 2023. On 20-Nov-2025, the patient received dose of mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) (unknown route) 1 dosage form and dose of RSV vaccine prot. subunit PreF3 (Arexvy) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient started Pre-filled Syringe (unknown route) at an unspecified dose. On 21-Nov-2025, the patient experienced PAIN (Aches), ARTHRALGIA (Joint pain), PYREXIA (Mild fever) and CHILLS (Chills). At the time of the report, PAIN (Aches), ARTHRALGIA (Joint pain), PYREXIA (Mild fever) and CHILLS (Chills) had not resolved. No concomitant medications were reported. It was reported that the patient had an RSV shot and a COVID shot yesterday. The patient had RSV 2 years ago. Now, this morning the patient felt terrible, reported as having the joint pain, aches, a mild fever, chills and so the patient would imagine having a little side effect and wondered how long was that last. No treatment information was provided.
