Co-suspect product included non-company product Immunoglobulin Antivenom Naja (Cobra) injection for an unknown indication. No Medical History information was reported. In 2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form In 2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. and Immunoglobulin Antivenom Naja (Cobra) (unknown route) COBRA shots. On an unknown date, the patient experienced TREMOR (arm it was so shaking), HYPOKINESIA (a change in arm it was so shaking and now can't bend it), MOTOR DYSFUNCTION (persistent issues with her left arm, including shaking and difficulty bending), DYSKINESIA (when patient go to sleep it raises up/can't control it/ it was getting harder and hard to control) and VACCINATION SITE PAIN (it hurts it's the same arm that she got the shots). At the time of the report, TREMOR (arm it was so shaking), MOTOR DYSFUNCTION (persistent issues with her left arm, including shaking and difficulty bending), DYSKINESIA (when patient go to sleep it raises up/can't control it/ it was getting harder and hard to control) and VACCINATION SITE PAIN (it hurts it's the same arm that she got the shots) had not resolved and HYPOKINESIA (a change in arm it was so shaking and now can't bend it) outcome was unknown. No concomitant medications were provided. The patient had to get the COBRA shots in 2021. Recently after had the shots, it was a change in arm it was so shaking and now patient could not bend it. It was reported that the patient got the cover shot in 2021 and before that patient did not have any problems or symptoms. The patient had seen the neurologist just to figure out. When the patient went to sleep it raises up on her. The patient could not control it. It was getting harder and hard to control and it hurts it was the same arm that got the shots in. It had been going on now for 4 years, and the neurologist and doctors could not figure out what was going on. It was something to do with the shots, but the patient needed some help figure it out. The patient experiencing persistent issues with her left arm, including shaking and difficulty bending, since receiving two COVID-19 vaccine shots in 2021. Despite consulting with doctors, the cause remained unidentified. She was seeking financial and emotional support due to these ongoing problems. No treatment medication was provided. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events.
