A 52-year-old female patient (unknown if pregnant) received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "drug allergy" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE SWELLING (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "swelling and pain at the injection site"; VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "pain at the injection site". It was unknown if therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination site swelling, vaccination site pain.
