He never had a reaction to the old covid 19 shots he took in the past but he sure had a reaction to this one. There was no mistake and it was the new Pfizer covid 19 shot. States he has had the others about 5 or 6 Pfizer covid shots, he did not keep count. States he did not get Moderna. The most recent one he got, sixth Pfizer shot for covid-19 caused him to have considerable hip pain, he got the shot in his right arm and 2 days later he have quite a bit of pain in his right hip. He have trouble with high blood pressure. He was an elderly person and it tended to make his blood pressure go up too (Suspect captured as COVID 19 shot). When paraphrased the concern, patient stated, he don't necessarily want to say it was blood pressure, because , he have been having trouble with his blood pressure lately anyway, but what really need to know about was the pain in the right hip. Patient was trying to make sure he does not die from covid 19, six shots he have taken, the others shots he have no reaction to. Patient was taking other medications, they are almost all for high blood pressure. He take Metoprolol, Benazepril, Hydralazine, Mirtazapine, Levothyroxine, because he do not have a thyroid, so he take it. He take as needed 0.5 of Lorazepam. Everything else are vitamins. The main purpose of all the medications, two exceptions, almost everyone was for high blood pressure, but Levothyroxine was for replacement of natural secretion from the thyroid, because he do not have a thyroid and Lorazepam was for anxiety." (Further indication of medication could not be clarified). Patient have not had Lab test. Patient stated vaccine was not prescribed by any individual doctor, it was his insurance company said that he was due for a new shot, he had taken five of them up to that time for covid 19. Patient had the shot that gave him this pain on Friday, 21Nov2025, 1 PM, that was when he had the vaccine shot. The pain started on 24Nov2025. Patient did not take any treatment for his pain, he thought about taking Tylenol but he take a lot of medications and he thought well, he was able to sleep anyway with the help of Lorazepam and he think he will just live with there, he did not take Tylenol, that he thought about taking it, but he did not take it. Nothing right now, he just suffer with it. No other vaccine on same day of vaccine. No other vaccines with 4 weeks prior to Pfizer vaccine. Patient did have a reaction several years ago, flu shot, about 7 years ago, he wound up dragging his left leg for 6 weeks.
