Anaphylactic reaction

Symptom narrative

Patient experienced anaphylaxis following administration of the flu vaccine. Patient had to go to hospital where they received medrol and benadryl to help with the allergic reaction. Patient does not have a history of bad reactions to immunizations; this was the first one. Two weeks later at the time of reporting, patient is now recovered.
