Symptom narrative

An hour after the shot, and post exercise: (6:20pm) Rapid decrease in HR to 40 bpm, then HR spike to ~163 bpm, nausea, lightheaded, muscle spasms, chills. Tachycardia following the event. 106 bpm at rest, 130 bpm standing upright (11:00pm). Ongoing tachycardia.
