recent titer showed no protection against Hepatitis B; This Spontaneous report was received from Nurse and referred to a 19 -year-old Male patient. No information was provided regarding the patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medication. On an unknown date, the patient received complete series of Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) (manufacturer unknown) vaccination as an infant. On an unknown date, a recent titter showed no protection against Hepatitis B (Hepatitis B antibody negative). The nurse would like to know whether this patient should receive a booster dose or complete series. The outcome of hepatitis B antibody negative and the causality assessment between the event hepatitis B antibody negative and Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) (manufacturer unknown) were not provided.
