Symptom narrative

After 12 hours, I felt chills and malaise. For 48 hours, back pain seemed to intensify in terms of could not sit for long period of times without the need to perform physical therapy stretches to alleviate the pain. Back pain resolved after 48 hours without use of NSAIDs. Chills and malaise resolved overnight without any medication, only rest.
