Symptom narrative

Guillan-Barre full lower extremity paralysis and left arm weakness Requiring 5 days hospitalization and IVIG. Patient has now recovered without residual deficit. This has happened on two previous occasions when he contracted the COVID virus. Has not occurred following vaccination prior.
