Symptom narrative

Online report of death in 72-year-old male. DOSE1 date 03/12/21 LOT# 013M20A DOSE2 date 04/14/21 LOT#020B21A. A social media post by the victim's daughter stated he had a stroke while driving 3 months after DOSE2. Broken back from collision and a subsequent vascular dementia diagnosis. His daughter became his caregiver. Severe stroke in December 2024. Died in home hospice on 02/20/25. Social media post of vax card provided information to enumerate this fatal post-inoculation adverse event
