No additional AE; MMR II was administered to 3 patients following a TE; This Spontaneous report was received from a health professional and referred to three different patients of unknown age and gender. No information was provided regarding the patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medication. On 27-OCT-2025, the patients were vaccinated with measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live lyophilizate (M-M-R II) lot number Z004811 and expiration date of 20-FEB-2027) for prophylaxis (dose, route of administration and anatomical location date were not reported). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT). Following a temperature excursion, the temperature reached about 70 Fahrenheit (°F) during 3 hours and 15 minutes. Previous excursion was (46°F to 77°F) 70.88F for 1 hour 0 minutes 0 seconds and most recent excursion: (46°F to 77°F) 66.78F for 1 hours 45 minutes 0 seconds. The health professional did not want to evaluate the measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live lyophilizate (M-M-R II) for stability, and stated she was already sending it back to VFC she did not need it evaluated. No additional adverse events.
