flu vaccine was 10/2/25 and covid vaccine (novavax) 10/8/25 muscle pain started on 10/15/25 attributed to hard work in yard, 10/17/25 muscle pain after hiking pain worsening and seen by MD on 10/27/25

9/23/25 SCC skin biopsy of right lower leg
