Symptom narrative

The day after receiving the dose of the preservative free Flucelvax, the patient experienced redness on his left side of his trunk that was itchy. It subsided within 24 hours after onset.

Medical history

Contact with and (suspected exposure to air pollution), Sleep apnea, Paresthesis of skin and upper limb, pain- facial, hip, right shoulder, and low back, nicotine dependance, mood disorder, insomnia, poor sleep, fatigue, hypertension, alcohol abuse, chronic PTSD, chronic sinusitis.

Tadalafil, celdcoxib, propranolol, buPROPion, meloxicam, trimcinolone, doxepin, amLODIPine, cetirizine.
