Symptom narrative

Within 30 minutes of receiving the vaccine patient start to experience numbness in her mouth, followed by facial and throat swelling, hives on face and neck. Patient was treated with Benadryl, epinephrine, and prednisone. Patient was discharged with an epi-pen and was told to follow up with her PCP.
