No additional AE; Nurse calling to report that a dose of PNEUMOVAX 23 was accidently given to a 15 month old patient; She states she intended to give the patient PREVNAR 20.; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to 15-month-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 02-Dec-2025, the patient was accidently vaccinated with Pneumococcal Vaccine, Polyvalent (23-valent) (PNEUMOVAX) (valid lot #X027348, expiration date: 24-Jan-2026) 0.5 mL, administered intramuscularly as prophylaxis to 15 month old patient (product administered to patient of inappropriate age). She stated she intended to give the patient PREVNAR 20 (wrong product administered. She stated the patient is not experiencing any clinical side effects. No additional adverse event (AE) was reported.
