Symptom narrative

Patient's report: I received the flu vaccine on 11/6 at 1500. I wasn't feeling well after so I left work early. By the time I got home I was extremely itchy and covered in hives. I took 50mg PO benadryl and was in a cold shower for about an hour before the symptoms subsided.
