Symptom narrative

Patient reports that he felt fatigued shortly after vaccination. Patient was then driving and experienced multiple bouts of feeling like he would pass out. These bouts would last a few minutes and then would resolve. Then a few minutes later it would happen again. These symptoms completely resolved by the next day.
