Symptom narrative

Employee stated he had tingling and itching in his throat 30 to 40 minutes after receiving the vaccine, and after 5 minutes he took 2 tablets of Benadryl per his doctor's advice in the past when he had a reaction to a Covid-19 vaccine. His symptoms improved and completely resolved after 4 hours. He stated he did not report the adverse reaction to employee health until his following visit for his second dose; however, he had a PCP appointment after the event and he was advised to avoid the following vaccine doses. He declined the second doses on 11/14/25.
