Symptom narrative

Patient reports the night she was vaccinated she experienced soreness at the injection site on the left upper arm. Approx 48 hours after vaccination a red retagular patch (2.5in L x4in W) appeared at the injection site. The redness persisted for approx 1 week. The soreness persisted for approx 2 weeks. Patient recieved 2 doses of shingrix in 2018 but after contracting shingles in 08/2025 was advised by MD to get 2 additional doses.
