Symptom narrative

sore arm; arm had aching pain when raised laterally; fallen, hitting her knee; arm had aching pain (around the site of injection and within 2-3 inches of where the shot was given); nausea; nerve that was hit from the administration of vaccine; fallen; Information has been received from Business Partner/CRO on 24-Nov-2025. This spontaneous report was received from a consumer or other non health professional and refers to a 65-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history included stroke at birth. The patient's concurrent conditions included Nebol and Phenobarbital allergie. Historical drugs included Neobol (Clostebol acetate;Neomycin sulfate), and Phenobarbital (Phenobarbital). Concomitant medications included Celebrex (Celecoxib), Prozac (Fluoxetine hydrochloride), 400 IU Natural vitamin D, 400 (Vitamin d nos), Magnesium (Magnesium), Tums (Calcium carbonate), Reclast (Zoledronic acid), Trazodone HCL (Trazodone hydrochloride) . On 14-Nov-2025, the patient started therapy with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine, dose number 1, administered by Intramuscular route (lot # and expiration date were not reported). On an unknown date, the patient started therapy with unknown dosage. The patient started therapy with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine for the treatment of Pneumonia Prevention. On 14-Nov-2025, the patient experienced arm had aching pain when raised laterally. On 14-Nov-2025, the patient experienced sore arm. On 14-Nov-2025, the patient experienced fallen, hitting her knee. On 14-Nov-2025, the patient experienced arm had aching pain (around the site of injection and within 2-3 inches of where the shot was given). On 14-Nov-2025, the patient experienced nausea. On 14-Nov-2025, the patient experienced nerve that was hit from the administration of vaccine. On 14-Nov-2025, the patient experienced fallen. At the reporting time, the patient had not recovered from all of the events. The action taken with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine was reported as not applicable. The causal relationship between all of the events and Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine was not provided.
