Patient came to receive Flu vaccine but received Covid vaccine ( mNEXSPIKE) instead. Pharmacist informed Mom about the incident right after vaccination. Mom was ok with it and appreciate the call. She said she wanted to separate the Covid shot by 1 week. She will have her daughter get the Flu shot next week instead.
