Symptom narrative

Pt stated she "had COVID 6 times" and "was told to get the shots." Pt has previous anaphylaxis events to insect bites. Pt was asked to wait for 15 minutes after vaccination at which time she developed "tingling on her tongue and the roof of her mouth." Pt was walked to the ER for evaluation. Pt was conversational and ambulatory.
