Symptom narrative

Patient lost her hearing in her left ear within 8-12 weeks. After multiple visits to hospital she was diagnosed with single sided deafness, without knowing the root cause. There was no know infection.

Full genome sequene testing anf she tested negative for 150+ hearing impaired genes, she tested negative for infections at time of vaccine. MMR vaccine dose was written as .7ml higher dose than recommended. Mumps is the leading cause of Unilateral deafness in children, which was given in this vaccine. She has suffered tremendously and has a speech impairment as a result of this life long disability.
