Symptom narrative

Shingrix administration in a 15-month-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 15-month-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number F95YS, expiry date 31-MAR-2027) for prophylaxis. On 24-NOV-2025, the patient received Shingrix. On 24-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Shingrix administration in a 15-month-old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 01-DEC-2025 The registered nurse had wanted to know if there had been any reported adverse reactions following the administration of Shingrix to a 15-month-old patient.
