The patient's medical history, past medications, concurrent conditions, concomitant medications and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. On 11-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent Oral solution (ROTATEQ), 1 dosage form, batch/lot Number: 2117042, expiration date: 04-Nov-2025 (dosage regimen and route of administration were not provided) administered as prophylaxis (expired product administered.) The nurse was looking to see if the patient would need to be revaccinated and confirmed that there were no temperature excursions with the suspect vaccine.
