Symptom narrative

Administered at 14 years of age; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 14-year-old female patient who received HAB (Twinrix) (batch number 324BY, expiry date 28-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. On 17-APR-2025, the patient received Twinrix (left deltoid). On 17-APR-2025, an unknown time after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Administered at 14 years of age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
