11 day old patient was given rotarix instead of RSV. Mom had not reported any concerns when I itially called and let her know. She then mentioned that the baby had an episode of white chunky vomit last night and one episode this morning which was white more spitty. Reports multiple loose stools although not completely watery. Reports increased agitation more than usual. She reports continued wet diapers and nursing well every 2-2.5 hours. Provider reviewed with patient and discussed signs and symptoms to monitor. To call with any worsening symptoms. She is scheduled to come into the office for follow up with in the week to check weight, monitor health status and give RSV vaccine pending providers direction.
