Symptom narrative

Patient describes adverse effect as being sent into a state of constant atrial fibrillation after no previously documented heart problem, beginning immediately after vaccination. The vaccination resulted in admission to the hospital the same day and subsequently multiple times. He attributes multiple ailments to his body's reaction following the shots.
