Symptom narrative

12/3/25 Teammate report she felt extreme pain when injection was given and within an hour could not raise her arm. Took OTC meds with little relief. On 12/1/25 went to an ortho urgent care walk in clinic and had imaging done. Was told injection was given way to high and hit her rotator cuff. States she was put on steroids and is to follow up in 2 weeks. As of today reports she thinks it is a little bit better..
