Symptom narrative

Administered at 4 years of age; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 4-year-old male patient who received HAB (Twinrix) (batch number 324BY, expiry date 28-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. On 28-JUL-2025, the patient received Twinrix. On 28-JUL-2025, an unknown time after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Administered at 4 years of age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 24-OCT-2025 The administered dose was the subsequent dose. The child was administered with Twinrix adult as the first dose of Hepatitis A and the second dose of Hepatitis B for catch-up. This was done based on the doctor's recommendation due to the monovalent vaccine being out of stock. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
