Pulmonary embolism

Symptom narrative

Patient reports that he developed a Pulmonary Embolism after receiving his Spikevax Covid 19 shot and was hospitalized in October 2024 for 4 days. He was discharged on Eliquis 5 mg twice daily and is still taking to this day.
