Symptom narrative

RN was going to give vaccines to a 4 year old and 7 year old set of siblings. The 4 year old was supposed to receive the flu and proquad and the 7 year old only the flu. The sibiling were both upset and fighting so after RN had verified name and DOB for both siblings and what vaccine they were recieving. Dad had switched the sibling that he was holding. Unfortunately, RN unitentially gave the older sibling the Proquad vaccine rather than the younger sibling. Dad aware after olerd child he was holding stopped fighting him. RN apoligized to family. Younger 4 year old sibling continued to be upset about receiving vaccines. No harm was done to the 7 year old sibiling that recived booster of proquad.
