Symptom narrative

Vasovagal response following vaccine administration with no injury. Right Deltoid injection Havrix. Coadministration with Typhim in right deltoid. Coadmin in left deltoid with Flublok, mNexSpike Moderna 25/26, and Ixiaro. Pt reported feeling dizzy/lightheaded after Havrix (last vaccine injected), then went unconscious in chair for approximately 1 minute with pale pallor, continued breathing/pulse. No injury sustained. Patient reported nausea after regaining conscious. Had patient sit on floor with head between knees for a few minutes after regaining consciousness.
