Symptom narrative

Patient got vaccine administered about 11:30am and states that he had a reaction 12 hours later. He had a "rash all over the body , low fever and his blood pressure went up." Patient states that he does have a alpha gal allergy and did not consume any other animal products. He took 2 Benadryl pills and that helped. He did not take any medication for his fever.
