Symptom narrative

Patient was erroneously given a third dose of flu vaccine. Patient had received 2/2 doses at another facility. The error was realized after patient and mother left. Mother reports patient was "fussy and feverish." She did not take temperature. She was giving Tylenol. Mom reported patient's symptoms were improving within 24 hours.
