Patient came into the pharmacy and asked to get COVID-19 and Shingrix 2nd Dose . However, patient has already completed 2 dose series , 1st dose in July and 2nd dose in November. Pharmacy staff had reach out to patient but phone went to voicemail. Pharmacy staff left message for patient to call back.
