The patient received three vaccinations on 27Nov2025, COVID (mRNA), RSV, and pneumonia. The patient never had RSV or pneumonia before. The injection site (upper arm) was painful when he woke up (4/10). It's been as high as 5/10 on 28Nov2025. Touching the site causes 7/10 pain. On the day of reporting (28Nov2025), the patient had the worst neck pain he had in months. 9/10. The patient also had a migraine and again had a first time experiencing it since Jun2025. Dizziness was much worse the normal. Loss of balance was much worse. Every time the patient had a flare of pain, patient's head would take a sharp turn. A reflex. The patient asked if there could be a connection with vaccines and the extreme flare of the CSM symptoms. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 Omicron (LP.8.1), RSV Vaccine Prot.Subunit Pref 2v, pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine (Diphtheria CRM 197 Protein) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
