Symptom narrative

Patient received first dose of shingles vaccine on 8/28/25, came to the pharmacy 12/3/25 and told pharmacy manager that after receiving vaccine his arm was so sore "for 4-5 days that he could not lift it" and they he had continued to have some pain. In the last few days he had been to the ER because his arm and fingers had been numb, He thinks this could be a reaction to getting the vaccine
