Symptom narrative

PATIENT HAS A VASOVAGAL SYNCOPE EPISODE AFTER HE RECEIVED THE TDAP SHOT. HE GOT LIGHT HEADED AND PASSED OUT FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS. WHEN HE CAME TO HE WAS ABLE TO GET HIMSELF ON THE FLOOR IN THE SUPINE POSITION AND HE RESTED THERE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES. WE DID NOT HAVE TO USE ANY OF THE EMERGENCY SUPPLIES. AFTER RESTING HE FELT MUCH BETTER AND WAS ABLE TO WALK OUT WITH HIS WIFE AND SHE WAS DRIVIING HIM HOME.
