Patient had the vaccine at 345pm ish and showed no signs of distress at the time or right after. We received a call at 515 later that same day from the grocery store next door, saying she had passed out while checking out at about 445pm, may have hit her hip on the register. Patient woke up right away and denied attempts to have an ambulance called. I called her myself at 530pm ish and she said she was home and she was doing fine, doesn't remember hitting her hip, just that she had been shopping and started to feel dizzy at check out and was reaching out to hold on to something to lower herself to the ground. She stated her hip felt fine at the time. I counseled her to call the doctor/911 if she started to feel like she was going to pass out again .
