Symptom narrative

Immediately after vaccine pt reported feeling faint / dizzy. Offered water & she stated it helped some. Provider in room to check on patient sitting on bed by mom. Pt eyes rolled backwards, posturing of hands / arms, stiff body, arching & fainted. <60 sec. Remained in a postictal like state until EMS came (30 min) and transported to ER.
